The Neverwinner Nights2 comic is way late this week because of the overtime I had to put at work.

A relative of mine, lets call him Boob, has a simple and effective solution to when remunerated work invades his life enjoyment time. He either quits or just stops showing up for work. Then again this is a guy who told me, and I quote, "I am much more intelligent than you, Vic. I enjoyed life instead of wasting my time getting a degree like you did."

I suspect that there was a silent LOL at the end there...

The problem is I have gotten used to some luxuries, like sleeping indoors and eating every day. Plus I'm really bad at lying to others or myself, I can't live by mooching off, and my plans for retirement don't include ending up in a ditch as a viable option.

This to say that my artistic pursuits are on standby for this week, but I'm getting some time off soon and work on the comic will resume.

I haven't had news of Boob for a while, but last I heard his girlfriend kicked him out, he was out of a job, and looking for someone to mooch off of

Not that he could work on the comic since he thinks Photoshop is a place, somewhere in the industrial part of the city, where they make cameras

Hahahaha.
Boob reminds me of a story my colleague mentioned - basically some guy started working with him in a factory, and by the end of second week he simply disappeared through the lunch break ,and sent his resignation (in "proof time" so easy to terminate from both sides) by SMS.
